Ohio born and bred, Kalib runs two Ohio-based companies that form the operational backbone of the North Coast ecosystem. J3 General Contractors (J3GC) delivers all contracting and construction services across the portfolio — full rehabs, new builds, maintenance, and everything in between. Hardhat Holdings, his acquisitions arm, operates as North Coast Capital's exclusive off-market property source, feeding the pipeline with deals directly to our investor network.

Like Andrew, Kalib is driven by his Christian faith and a genuine desire to use real estate as a vehicle for impact — for his family, his partners, and the communities his properties serve. That shared foundation is what makes the North Coast partnership more than a business arrangement.
